Unlike our Personalised Travel Plans, where we provide you with the plan and you make the bookings yourself, our Premium Private Experiences are fully managed by Nowa from the initial planning stages to the end of your trip.
A Premium Private Experience is a fully personalised, privately organised trip designed specifically for your group.
There is no fixed itinerary, scheduled departure date or standard package. We start with your ideas and build the experience around them.

We can arrange everything from accommodation and private transport to activities, local guides, experiences, restaurants and day-to-day logistics — creating one seamless journey specifically for your group.
Start by completing our private experience enquiry form. This gives us an understanding of your group, destination ideas, preferred dates, interests, budget and the type of experience you're looking for.
Once we receive your enquiry, a member of the Nowa team will contact you via WhatsApp to discuss your ideas in more detail.
We'll go through your requirements, answer any questions and make sure we have a clear understanding of what you're looking for.
Once we've agreed to move forward, our team begins researching and designing your private journey.
We'll carefully select accommodation, transport, activities, guides and experiences that fit your requirements and budget.
We'll provide you with a detailed proposal outlining your trip, including the itinerary, accommodation, activities, transport and associated costs.
We'll then work with you to make any necessary adjustments before everything is finalised.
Once your experience is approved and payment arrangements are confirmed, Nowa takes care of the organisation and coordination of your trip.
We'll liaise with accommodation providers, transport companies, local guides and activity providers so you don't have to.

Our Premium Private Experiences range in prices depending on trip duration, amount of guests, amount of activites, transport etc. Nowa experiences charges an additional 15% of the quoted experience price.
Example: 11 guests, visiting multiple islands in Thailand over 10 days. Trip is quoted at €15,000. Nowa Experiences charges an additional 15% on top of the qouted price bring the total quote for the trip to €17,250.
These fees cover Nowa's trip design, planning, coordination and management service.
