1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Nowa Experiences’ services, including the booking and participation in our travel experiences. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Nowa Experiences offers boutique, small-group travel experiences focused on cultural immersion and physical activities such as trekking, hiking, yoga, and surfing.

We act as organisers of experiences in collaboration with local partners.

3. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.

Full payment must be completed before the trip start date, as specified at the time of booking.

Prices are listed in euros and may be subject to change prior to confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

By the Customer:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Refunds depend on the timing of the cancellation:

More than 60 days: full refund minus the deposit 

Between 30 and 60 days: partial refund 

Less than 30 days: no refund will be issued 

By Nowa Experiences:

We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to:

Insufficient number of participants 

Safety concerns 

Unforeseen circumstances 

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip.

5. Travel Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you have a valid passport, visas, and any other required travel documents.

You must comply with the local laws and regulations of the destination country.

Travel insurance is REQUIRED. This must be arranged by the customer or, alternatively, may be organised by Nowa Experiences on behalf of the customer for an additional fee.

6. Health & Physical Condition

Our experiences may involve physical activity. By booking, you confirm that:

You are in suitable physical condition (there is always the option to skip any specific activity) 

You will disclose any relevant medical conditions 

You accept the inherent risks associated with these activities 

7. Liability

Nowa Experiences shall not be liable for:

Personal injury, loss, or damage to property 

Actions of third-party providers (for example, guides or accommodation providers) 

Flight delays or cancellations 

Force majeure events (for example, natural disasters or political unrest) 

8. Changes to Itineraries

We may modify itineraries due to:

Weather conditions 

Safety concerns 

Operational requirements 

We will always aim to provide an equivalent experience.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

Respect local cultures and communities 

Follow safety instructions 

Behave responsibly within the group 

We reserve the right to remove participants who disrupt the experience, without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content (website, itineraries, branding) is the property of Nowa Experiences and may not be used without permission.

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to Spanish jurisdiction.
